International Delivery - Standard Mail

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to notify you that your order has been shipped. However, kindly note that delivery may meet with delays during the festive seasons. 

Please note that our courier is not able to deliver to P.O boxes and restricted zones.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are only valid if the item you have received is defective, or in the event that Sunday Girls has sent you the wrong size or item. 
• Do note that the colours of the products may differ slightly from the pictures and returns due to such reasons are not accepted.
• Reasons due to the misfit or items are not eligible for returns as all measurements have been stated on site.
• All returns will be refunded in store credits. Sunday Girls do not provide cash refunds or exchanges as our items are on a pre-order basis.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

We apologise for mailing the defective/incorrect item. Please email our customer care at sundaygirls@mail.com with the following information:

1. Order No.
2. Clear picture and description of the defect/incorrect item

Our team will furnish you with greater details on returns via email.

RETURN BY MAIL

If for any reason you would like to return your item, you may choose to mail it back to us. Please mail the package back to us within 7 days from the date you receive your item(s). 

Follow the instructions below to pack your return item(s) and mail it back to us:

1. Include the item(s) you would like to return in your package.
2. Seal your package securely.
3. Mail your package to 2 Kallang Pudding Road, #09-14 Mactech Building, Singapore 349307.

We suggest that you post via Registered Mail and request for a delivery confirmation tracking number to ensure that your package is traceable throughout the delivery process.

• Sunday Girls will not be responsible for any lost mail.
• You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

You will be notified via email once we have received your parcel. Upon inspection, if the item(s) has no defects, is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you via credit terms in the form of a discount code within 14 working days upon receipt of your item. 

You will receive an email from us once we have processed your refund. 

All credit vouchers will be valid for a period of 3 months from the day of issue.
